I agree to perform in good faith my assigned or authorized volunteer duties as determined by Western Washington University. In order to successfully accomplish these volunteer duties, I agree to comply with applicable WWU policies and procedures, state laws, and state regulations. Section 3 - Photo/Video Release
I,
give permission to Western Washington University to use photographic
images and video footage of or by me in its public information activities and advertising without compensation to me.
This would include use in university publications, slideshows, videos, electronic and Internet media and the university's website. At the discretion of Western Washington University, use also could include making the photographs and video footage available to non-university organizations, such as newspapers, magazines, television stations, blogs, media-sharing websites and other providers of media content, in order to illustrate articles about the university or promote university activities.
