Western Online offers two delivery methods to access online education: Term-Based and Self-Paced

Please select the type of course you are enrolling for: Term-based - online courses that follow a quarterly schedule. Self-Paced - online courses that are available on your schedule and start anytime.

Courses in the departments of Accounting, Finance and Marketing, Decision Science and Management are not available to academically dismissed students

The status will indicate "completed" if the final approver has processed the form. Enrollment as a non-matriculated student is on a space available basis only. Non-Matriculated students may register beginning Phase II of registration. Tuition is $298.00 per credit which is not included in main campus tuition charges.  I understand that, by registering, I am incurring a legal debt to Western Washington University and will not be released from that debt unless I follow required schedule change procedures which must be submitted on the appropriate form in writing.  In addition, it is my responsibility to obtain University policy information regarding registration and tuition payment deadlines.

Unless a course is designated S/U grading only, all courses are graded on the A-F system. Pass/No Pass cannot be chosen for required classes. To change grade mode you must contact the Western Online Office

Routing Instructions

Student: Complete the Student Information and Added Courses sections. Enter your email below under Signatures and Submit the form. Contact Western Online if you have further questions.       Western Online: Verify course information Check for any holds on students' accounts in Banner. If a hold exists, please notify student and try to resolve prior to submitting form. Authorize registration and forward to the Registrar's Office. Registrar's Office will input registration. Once processed, form is returned to ilearn@wwu.edu. Western Online locks the form. Western Online will send a welcome email with instructions for accessing course materials and making payment on account.
