Section III - Certification of Application
I understand that admission to the WWU ESOL Endorsement program is competitive and that meeting
the minimum admission standards does not guarantee acceptance into the program. I certify that all
statements contained herein are true and accurate. I also understand there may be additional steps that
must be taken after acceptance, which must be completed before my admission will be considered final.
   
I certify that I understand that retention in the program is contingent upon my maintaining a minimum
quarterly grade point average of 2.7 and that this requirement begins with the first quarter of the program. I also understand that before I enter the ESOL Endorsement program, I will be required to demonstrate or have completed the equivalent of one year of college-level study of a foreign language or have a plan to complete this requirement before the end of the program that is approved by the director of the ESOL
endorsement program.
   
I also understand that acceptance into the program and completion of the program does not guarantee granting of a Washington State ESOL/ELL or Bilingual Endorsement.

(C) Financial Aid (FAFSA) - If you plan to apply for Financial Aid you will need to file the FAFSA right

Application Information
Priority Application Deadline: May 1st
Applicants who submit materials after the May 1st
deadline may be considered for the endorsement
program but will have applied too late for financial
consideration aid or the first term of study; please
plan accordingly.
