Using the HONORARIUM/SPEAKER Web Form

The Honorarium/Speaker Web Form allows review and approval of guest lecturers for self-supporting programs through Extended Education and Summer Programs (EESP) to be submitted and approved using the Web and email.  Forms are stored permanently for future review and their status can be checked at any time.

To Approve an existing electronic form

1)       Click on the hyperlink in the *Esign* email message you have received.
2)       Review the Web Form.
3)       Scroll to the bottom of the form and enter your Employee ID and PIN for the Employee Web.
4)       Enter the email address of the person to whom you wish to send the form.
5)       Click the Approve button.  Do not press the Lock button — it is for EESP use only.

To Create a New form

1)       Go to https://testwest.wwu.edu/admcs/process/forms/EESP/eesp_honorarium_speaker_approval.aspx.
2)       Fill out all required fields. 
3)       Scroll to the bottom of the form and enter your Employee ID and PIN for the Employee Web.
4)       Enter the email address of the person to whom you wish to send the form.
5)       Click the Submit button.

Modifying an electronic form in route

If a form needs to be modified in route, it can either be changed by an approver, or it can be returned for correction to an earlier approver or the submitter of the form.

 An approver can change a form simply by modifying it before pressing the approve button.

A form can be returned for correction by forwarding the *E-Sign* email to whomever needs to make the correction.  The recipient can then click on the link within the forwarded email.

You can view which fields have been changed in a form by clicking on an approver in the Authentication section of the form. All fields which have been changed will appear highlighted. Unfortunately this feature does not work in versions of Netscape prior to 6.0.

Note that no changes can be made once a form is marked complete with the Lock button.

Finding Web Forms

You can search through all forms which you have submitted or approved. 

Go to the ADMCS Forms page and click on the link to "Search for forms". Or go directly to https://west.wwu.edu/admcs/process/logon.aspx?ReturnUrl=%2fadmcs%2fprocess%2ffinder.aspx .

1)       Login using your Employee ID and PIN for the Employee Web.
2)       Enter parameters for your search, such as form name, or time.
