Private
Auto:
Private Auto is the use of one's own vehicle for
approved A.S. travel. Private Auto is the
cheapest form of travel. An Expenditure
Request and a Vehicle Use form, available in the
Finance Office, must be filled out prior to
departure. Reimbursement will be made upon
return
Rates:
Rates for private auto are half of the state
mileage rate.

Chart:
Payment of travel funds will be limited to the
approximate number of round-trip miles required to
reach the destination as indicated on the following
mileage chart*.
