this policy is to provide support to Western student
activities to promote events and to provide the
Western AS Bookstore with promotional exposure. |

Eligible? |
- Western
Washington University student clubs and organizations
and campus departments
|
| Use of Donated
Items |
- Donated items
are to be used for fund raisers, auctions or as
giveaways at events for Western students.
- Donations may
not be used as thank you gifts, bonuses to employees, or
individual incentives.

| Examples of
Donations |
- Western
clothing or gift items
- Trade books,
accessories, items or other event appropriate
merchandise
- Dollar
limit/Number of requests per organization (one request
per organization/club/department per academic year)

| Promoting the
Western AS Bookstore |
- Organizations
receiving donations agree to promote the Western AS
Bookstore on event materials and at the event where the
items are being distributed. Requests for event
sponsorship will be handled separately.
