WESTERN WASHINGTON UNIVERSITY FACULTY CONTRACT

This contract constitutes the terms of employment between the faculty member and the University subject to the terms of the Agreement between Western Washington University and the United Faculty of Western Washington University (UFWW). The Collective Bargaining Agreement between the Board of Trustees of the University and the UFWW, and the WWU Faculty Handbook serves as  guides in matter of faculty employment, welfare rights and responsibilities.  Provisions in the letter of offer that are not set forth in this contract are incorporated by reference.

  The final year for tenure review is the sixth year of employment unless an exception has been made in the letter of offer or by the Provost in response to specific conditions outlined in the Collective Bargaining Agreement and Faculty Handbook.
